Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Panel Tracker application and related services (the “Service”) operated by Reliable Digital Electronics (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing in to or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Accounts and PIN Security

• Access to the Service is granted to authorised staff only, using a name and PIN.
• You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or suspected compromise of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
• enter false, misleading, or unauthorised information;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its data, or other users’ accounts;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

4. Records and Ownership

Business and customer records you enter remain the property of the business. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter is accurate and that you have the right to enter it. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Google Integration

The Service stores records in the business’s Google Sheets and media in Google Drive. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s own terms and policies. If Google access is revoked or expires, parts of the Service may be unavailable until access is restored.

6. Availability and Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You should keep independent records where important.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including for breach of these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or its users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
